In short
- nummix is free, without ads and without in-game purchases – a hobby project.
- Our code of conduct applies: be kind, play fair, respect boundaries.
- Anyone who disturbs others may be warned or suspended – we tell you why, and you can object.
- You can delete your account at any time.
- We do our best, but we do not promise that everything always works.
1. What this is about
These terms apply to the online game play.nummix.de – as a guest and with an account. The provider is the person named in the legal notice. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
2. Costs
Playing is free. There is nothing to buy in the game. Donations are voluntary and give no advantage in the game.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Use an email address that belongs to you.
- Keep your password, passkeys and codes secret. If you notice someone else using your account, change your password and write to us.
- Usernames and display names must not be offensive or impersonate anyone.
- If you are under 16, please only sign up with your parents’ consent.
- If an account’s address is not confirmed 60 days after signing up and no game was played with it, we delete it – with an email reminder 14 days before.
4. Playing together and fairly
The code of conduct is part of these terms. Fair play also means: no programs that play for you, no collusion, not several of your own accounts in one game. Please report bugs instead of exploiting them.
5. Your content
Names, profile text, profile picture, chat messages and texts in teams and groups come from you. Only publish what is yours or what you may show. You allow us to display this content in the game and to store it in games, replays and the tournament archive. If you delete your account, you appear there as “Deleted account”. We do not use your content for advertising and do not pass it on.
6. Moderation
- An auto-moderator (word list, no AI) holds back messages with offensive or adult terms and gives warnings. After several warnings the game suspends automatically: first for 24 hours, then for 7 days.
- Reports are reviewed by people from the nummix team. Depending on the case, we give a reminder, remove content or change a name, or suspend an account temporarily or permanently. Watching games remains possible.
- For every suspension we state the reason and whether a person or the auto-moderator decided.
- If you think a decision is wrong, object via “Give feedback” or at info@nummix.de – a person will review it.
- You can report illegal content in the game with the flag ⚑ or via the contact form (“Report content”), even without an account.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under “Edit profile → Delete account”; it is gone for good after 14 days. We may close an account for serious or repeated violations of these terms and will tell you the reason.
8. Availability
nummix is a hobby project. We keep the game running as well as we can, but we do not promise constant availability. Updates may briefly interrupt a game. Rules, scoring, achievements and features may evolve; there is no claim to individual values such as score or rank.
9. Liability
Because nummix is free, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. For injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act, statutory liability applies.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We announce important changes at least 14 days in advance under “News” in the game. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
11. Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
